Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Croydon. This full-time role requires the candidate to be available five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with their learning activities.
- Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and enjoys working with students.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
