About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join the team in at an amazing school in South Croydon. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties aged 5 to 11 years old, helping them thrive in their educational environment. You will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups, ensuring their individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
  • Assist in the development of social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individual learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual who is passionate about making a difference.
