Job Title: Temporary SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Morden

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 11 student with severe speech, language, and communication needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the student to facilitate their learning and communication in a mainstream school setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to the student during lessons and activities. - Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). - Employ communication aids and techniques to enhance the student’s learning experience. - Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, and other professionals to support the student’s educational and social development. - Monitor and record the student’s progress and report to relevant staff members. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
