Location: Croydon
Salary: £90 to £110 per day (dependent on experience)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a special school in Croydon. This role is perfect for individuals who have previously worked in SEN settings and are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. You will play a key role in helping students with moderate learning needs achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, helping them access learning and reach their goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills and managing their behaviour in a positive way.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
