We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Special Support Assistants to join a newly formed class at a specialist satellite and outreach service for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). You will play a key role in supporting students with high anxiety and individual needs, providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.

  • Recognise and support emotional dysregulation
  • Encourage positive communication and self-expression
