Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in a SEN Teaching Assistant role or similar.
  • A deep understanding of the educational and emotional needs of children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive and creative approach to teaching and supporting students.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
