Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

  • Monitor and record students' progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly in an SEN setting.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
