Are you a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) looking to make a real difference in an inclusive, well-supported school setting? We are seeking a Level 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated team, supporting students with EHCPs across an all-through school in South London.
The Role- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group therapy for children and young people with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
- Provide training and guidance to Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support speech and language development.
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments, and progress tracking.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies across the school.
