We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Locum Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, primarily working within primary schools across the Croydon area, with occasional requirements to support secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and managing a caseload of children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
  • Providing tailored interventions and therapy plans to support individual student needs.
  • Collaborating with school staff, parents, and external professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Conducting training sessions and providing advice to school staff on effective communication strategies.
  • Maintaining detailed records of assessments, therapy plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly in primary schools (secondary experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload across multiple schools.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
