Our client is seeking an Electrical Surveyor to support forced entries to properties and carry out electrical inspections alongside their contractor. This is a vital role that involves working out in the borough, approximately 3-4 days a week. As such, the successful candidate must have access to their own car.
Responsibilities:
Conducting electrical inspections in propertiesDetermining and confirming the necessary works based on inspection findingsCollaborating effectively with the contractor and their teamEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in electrical inspectionsStrong knowledge of electrical systems and regulationsGood problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDriving licence and access to own car
