IT Service Delivery Manager

We're working with a leading company in the fitness industry seeking an exceptional IT Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic tech team. We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to drive excellence in our IT service delivery. In this critical role, you'll be the cornerstone of our IT support ecosystem, ensuring seamless technology operations that empower our business. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities to make a real impact.

As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the internal IT service desk team, driving performance and service excellence.
  • Define, implement, and monitor comprehensive service delivery standards and processes.
  • Proactively manage SLA performance, identifying and executing improvements to maintain top-tier service quality.
  • Oversee IT incident and problem resolution, ensuring swift and effective responses.
  • Manage change and release management processes to minimize service disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Drive IT asset management, from procurement to disposal, with meticulous attention to detail.

To excel in this role, you will be:

  • An experienced IT support team leader with a proven track record of managing internal support operations.
  • Adept at vendor relationship management, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate configuration information for IT systems and services.
  • Passionate about implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values creativity and continuous improvement.

Technical Proficiency Required:

  • Expert knowledge of FreshService
  • Experience with Hexnode
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies
