Our client a Motorcycle dealer for London and the South East, is looking for a proven and professional Motorcycle Workshop Controller team based in Croydon.The job specification of a Motorcycle Workshop Controller with our client:Working with Motorcycle Technicians, Aftersales Advisors and a Driver ideally will have some Motorcycle Supervisory experience, including Parts and Service. You will be expected to inspire, coach and motivate your workshop team of experienced Motorcycle Technicians through your leadership.The successful Workshop Controller your required attributes for our client, you will:
  • Provide a vibrant and high value customer experience (and be hands on yourself)
  • Ensure motivated workshop colleagues are able to deliver to high efficiency whilst quality controlling 
  • Have an understanding of Parts processes and stock management.
  • Embrace digital lead management, technology and on-line opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager on strategic decisions and opportunities to further turnover of our clients Motorcycle Dealership 
The ideal candidate will have Motorcycle managerial experience including Parts within the motorcycle/automotive industry.What our client is looking for in their Motorcycle Workshop Controller
  • A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver results.
  • A positive can-do attitude with the willingness to learn.
  • Be able to communicate clearly with both the colleagues and customers.
  • A full motorcycle license highly desirable
