What does our Finance team do?This team are tasked with one of the most core functions within Randox Group, they are responsible for generating key information to support decision making, managing liquidity, procuring and paying vendors, along with tracking inflows of funds, planning, analysing business trends. This team covers the whole Randox Group of companies in the UK and international.Location:Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT294QY.Contract Offered: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.40 to 17.20. We are currently rolling out 4 days and 4 and half days working week, to offer wider flexibility for our staff.What does the Finance Administrator role involve?

In this role, you would be responsible for accounts payable and wider procurement duties: This is a varied role that will require you to develop a varied skillset, including:

  • Data entry across both accounting and financial data.
  • Dealing with external suppliers, assisting with contract negotiation.
  • Managing queries on invoicing and payments.
  • Process purchase invoices, including matching with purchase orders, gaining appropriate approvals, and making payments to suppliers.
  • Credit control for outstanding sales invoices.
  • Completion of weekly/monthly reports.

Who can apply?Essential criteria:

  • 4 GCSE or equivalent, grade A* - C, including English and Maths.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a finance environment.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience of SAP or Sage 500.
