What does our Finance team do?
We manage all aspects of finance from invoicing customers, receiving payments, processing supplier invoices and allocating payments. This is for companies in the UK, Ireland and across the globe. The department prepares statutory accounts for UK companies and other countries where required with a UK consolidation for Randox Holdings Ltd.
Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.
What does the Finance Administrator role involve?
In this role, you would be responsible for the issuing of invoices, credit control, and dealing with customer statements. This is a varied role that will require you to develop a varied skillset, including:
- Issuing of invoices
- Customer calls for payment/credit control
- Dealing with customer statements and bank reconciliations
- Processing receipts on SAGE
- Issuing of credit notes from SAGE
- Handling customer queries
- Liaising with the logistics and sales teams concerning shipments and orders
- Dealing with the bank regarding export documentation
- Other administration duties that may arise within the finance department
Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.
Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
- GCSE or equivalent in English language and Maths.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a finance environment.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience of Sage 500.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience working to deadlines
- Proactive approach
- Driving license (as site location is quite remote)
