About the Role:SET Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on a temporary, flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to support students’ learning and development while gaining experience across diverse school settings. Whether you’re an experienced school-based assistant or have worked with children in other group environments, we welcome your application!Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in creating a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students.
  • Work with individuals or small groups to provide targeted support and encouragement.

  • Support students with varying needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an educational, childcare, or group setting with children (voluntary or paid).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach to working with young people.
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into new school environments.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
