Role:
My client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in their Minor works / Asset Management packages in the North West region. This role is split into 2 frameworks: CAM (Civil asset management) & BAM (Building Asset Management).
Civils will be anything concerned with drainage works, structural defects etc. Building will be anything concerned with buildings & properties such as stations, ticket offices, signal boxes etc.
These will be high volume, low value projects, therefore QS’s that are used to working with high volume projects would be ideal for this role.
