Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, record, monitor, and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.
  • Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices from customer orders.
  • Shipping & Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
  • Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
  • Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.
  • Adaptability: Take on any additional duties as required to support the team.
