Offering an attractive salary of circa £50,000, plus benefits package including life assurance, pension and sickness scheme, wellbeing support, retail discounts, plus much more, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within an expanding business.---The Role- Reviewing weekly P&L flash/forecast results and monthly management accounts, working with the business unit lead to understand business performance in order to drive profitability- Co-ordinating production of the annual budget and quarterly forecast, working with the operational managers, identifying risks and opportunities to the business area's forecast and support their presentations to the Board- Producing timely and accurate financial reports and business cases to support decision making- Liaising closely with operational management and presenting the financials at monthly meetings- Challenging the operational management team on revenue and cost to ensure profit and margin is maximised and helping drive a culture of continuous improvement in your designated business area- Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial people, offering professional judgement--- The CandidateThe ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will be a qualified accountant with significant exposure to cost management, financial modelling and forecasting, with experience working within a dynamic/fast changing environment.
