Sales Executive £25,000 plus with uncapped commission OTE £35,000+ Cullompton

Search Consultancy are recruiting for an Account Executive role about 30 minutes above Exeter on a permanent basis!

This role is hybrid office based and offering a salary of £25,000 basic with excellent uncapped commission of 20% per sale on top equalling to an OTE sitting at £35,000 as well as a fantastic platform to grow within a business.

This role involves growing the business within a region through managing existing clients nurturing client relationships and maximizing on the further opportunity with them. You will be to working with existing clients managing their account and looking to upsell where possible

The role:* Creating excellent relationships with your client base with different size businesses* Grow upon your existing business either through upselling or referrals* Achieve monthly targets and KPI's* Upsell all additional products to each customer thoroughly while still giving a 5* service* Ensure you update the systems to reflect updates and conversations* Work with other departments to ensure the right customer service is provided* Process orders and ensure follow ups

Experience required:* Telephone based sales experience* Experience working towards targets and KPI's* Able to remain resilient to achieve the desired outcome* Full UK driving license - due to location of business you will need to drive* Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals* Be able to demonstrate how you have built and nurtured previous relationships
