At GXO, we recognise that our people help keep the nation moving so due to continued growth, we are looking for Class 2 Drivers to join us in Willand, Devon (EX15)!  In this role, you will be responsible for delivering freshly roasted Costa Coffee beans and delicious food items to our stores, ensuring that they receive their orders in top-quality condition and on time.

You will be working a minimum of 48 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 8’ shift pattern, with start times between18:00 and 21:30,this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient products on a multi-drop basis
  • Loading and unloading products and stock from a vehicle
  • Collect waste and return it to the site
  • Carry out pre and after-use vehicle checks in line with company policy
  • Keep a close eye on vehicle defects and wear and tear and report them promptly
  • Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Hold a valid Class 2 licence
  • No more than 3 penalty points on your licence (no IN, TT, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
  • An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
