Are you an experienced Customer Account Manager looking for the opportunity to join a fast-growing industry?

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join their client’s current customer and product support team.

You will be joining a UK based food manufacturing company, offering full-service solutions for dietary supplements, nutritionally balanced meals, and nutraceutical products.

Role and responsibilities:

-Manage customer accounts

-Develop the portfolio of customer accounts

-Raise quotes for customers

-Generate new sales organically through existing accounts

-Respond to new lines of enquiries

-Process sales orders

-Raise Bills of Materials

-Respond to customer enquiries

-Keep customers updated on the status of their orders

-Maintain the ERP system

-Liaise with operations

-Process customer returns

Skills and Experience:

-A good level of numeracy and literacy, along with being a strong communicator

-Experience of working in a customer support role

-Good working knowledge of Excel and MS packages

-The ability to multitask and manage several different accounts

-A sense of urgency and capability to work towards deadlines

-Committed and passionate

£30,000 - £35,000 1 day per week in the Honiton office. This position will include travel to see your clients.
