Sales Executive

Search Consultancy are recruiting for an Account Executive role about 30 minutes above Exeter on a permanent basis!This role involves growing the business within a region through nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing on the further opportunity with them. This role is office based and offering a salary of £25,000 with excellent commission on top as well as a fantastic platform to grow within a business. They encourage innovative thinking, collaboration and promote you to your best!The role: * Creating excellent relationships with your client base with different size businesses* Grow upon your existing business either through upselling or referrals* Achieve monthly targets and KPI's * Upsell all additional products to each customer thoroughly while still giving a 5* service* Ensure you update the systems to reflect updates and conversations* Work with other departments to ensure the right customer service is provided* Process orders and ensure follow upsExperience required: * Telephone based sales experience * Experience working towards targets and KPI's * Able to remain resilient to achieve the desired outcome* Full UK driving license - due to location of business you will need to drive* Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals* Be able to demonstrate how you have built and nurtured previous relationshipsIf this sounds like you, apply now!
