Hours:Monday to Thursday, 06:00 AM to 16:30 PM

About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team in Cullompton. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment on the production line.
- Assembling products according to specifications.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assisting with packing and preparing products for dispatch.
- Following all health and safety guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not requiredtraining will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work early shifts.
