Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our clients team in Willand. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Working Monday to Thursday, with long weekends, youll play a vital role in maintaining productivity and quality standards in a friendly and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production line machinery to assist in the manufacturing process.
Monitor quality and ensure all products meet company standards.
Assist with the setup and cleaning of equipment, maintaining hygiene and safety.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
