What You'll Do:
As HR & Wages Apprentice at our Willand Poultry site, you will be based within our Human Resources team. Your role will involve engaging with employees, managers, and teams to provide accurate and timely data on departmental KPIs. You'll collaborate to solve problems, bring fresh perspectives, and contribute to the improvement of HR activities and resources across the site.
You will not only gain the technical skills and experience required for HR and wages, but we will support your education with a Level 3 HR qualification supported fully by the HR Manager.

We're seeking proactive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and desire to become a HR professional. If you're a team player who enjoys problem-solving and has a positive approach to challenges, then this apprenticeship is perfect for you.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to anyone over the age of 17
- Good grades of GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Whether you've just left school, college, or are looking to build new skills this position is a great opportunity to develop your career.
