Green Orchard Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing Health & Safety Consultancy in Cullompton to find an experienced Health & Safety Consultant.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising clients on health & safety best practices and helping them meet legal requirements.
  • Carrying out risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Developing policies and procedures to improve workplace safety.
  • Providing training sessions to help teams understand and implement safety standards.
  • Writing up reports and practical recommendations to support compliance.
  • Visiting client sites across the South West, with occasional travel further afield.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety (essential).
  • Previous experience in a health & safety role, ideally across different industries.
  • A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A willingness to travel to client sites. (A company pool vehicle is available after probation.)
