Green Orchard Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing Health & Safety Consultancy in Cullompton to find an experienced Health & Safety Consultant.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising clients on health & safety best practices and helping them meet legal requirements.
- Carrying out risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Developing policies and procedures to improve workplace safety.
- Providing training sessions to help teams understand and implement safety standards.
- Writing up reports and practical recommendations to support compliance.
- Visiting client sites across the South West, with occasional travel further afield.
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety (essential).
- Previous experience in a health & safety role, ideally across different industries.
- A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to travel to client sites. (A company pool vehicle is available after probation.)

- Salary up to £40,000 , depending on experience.
