Part Time Care Assistant

Are you an experienced Carer, Care Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant seeking a new opportunity? Or maybe you are just starting off in your care worker journey, looking to make a difference. We have a great opportunity working as part time Care Assistant for a well established care house in Cullompton area.
Working with the elderly the correct candidate will need to be able to help support the residents in all of their daily activities and needs. This will include cleaning, dressing, giving emotional support and general day to day duties. The candidate will need to show a great ability to listen and respect all residents to ensure they are in a comfortable environment whilst they are here.
The candidate does not need to have experience in the care assistant industry as the client is willing to provide full training to the right applicant, however, experience is preferred.
We have two positions available:
Day carer - 11.44 per hour basic (OT +12.7%, Public Holidays X2, Plus Enhancements):
- Thursdays and Fridays 7:15am - 2pm
- Every other weekend 4:45pm - 9:30pm
Night Carer - 13.10 per hour basic (OT +12.7%, Public Holidays X2):
4 week repeating rota - 9:15pm - 7:30am
- Saturday night
- Thursday night
- Thursday and Saturday night
- Thursday and Friday night
