We are a well-established engineering company based in Cullompton, looking for a dedicated Powder/Paint Sprayer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:* Prepare items for spraying, including sanding, cleaning, and shot blasting* Apply powder coating using various techniques, such as electrostatic and fluidized bed* Inspect items before and after spraying to ensure quality standards are met* Prepare finished items ready for delivery including wrapping and loading* Communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow* Properly maintain and clean all spraying equipment* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times* Keep track of inventory and report any shortages to management* Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality
