Planner / Senior Planner

Location: Cullompton (Devon/Exeter)

Are you a talented Town Planner looking for a new challenge? We are working with a dynamic and growing planning consultancy in Cullompton that is looking to expand its team with a Planner or Senior Planner. The Role

As a Planner/Senior Planner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planning advice across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will work closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to help navigate complex planning processes and secure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.Providing expert planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers.Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders.Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities.Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.

About You

We are looking for an MRTPI-qualified (or working towards MRTPI) planning professional with:Experience in planning consultancy or local government.Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.The ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team.A proactive and commercially minded approach.
