JOB TITLE:        Depot administratorLOCATION:      Kentisbeare, CullomptonSALARY FROM: £26,000 - £28,000 per annumThe Employer:We are looking to fill the role of DEPOT ADMINISTRATOR within a Construction environment, RGB are very excited to be sourcing for the above position, Our client is a well sought after employer, with depots based around the UK, Established in 1989 this Plant Hire company cover all areas of construction needs and also provide solutions for rail and events.An ever growing company, with an award winning off-grid fleet, they are committed to providing innovative high quality products used to increase efficiency, environmentalism and safety with the plant sales and hire industry.The Role:•             Assist with the day-to-day management of depot operations, ensuring customer needs are met                 in a timely and efficient manner•             Administration of equipment rentals; initial enquiry, provision of quote, delivery of equipment,                  breakdowns & exchanges, equipment returns, etc. ensuring POD/POC supplied to customer                        when required•             Creation of sales advice notes, purchase orders and goods received notes•             Route planning for equipment deliveries and collections•             Liaise with other depots and head office as required, i.e. new customer accounts, availability of                  equipment, etc.•             Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality and                           environmental management•             General office management dutiesThe Candidate should have:•             Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced                             environment•             Strong communication skills, both verbal & written•             Good level of computer literacy and confidence with new software                (Industry-specific software used and training will be provided)•             Previous experience in a similar industry would be an advantageSUMMARY:This is a Fulltime Permenant RoleDue to location it is advised you drive to be considered for this roleMon-Fri 7.30am – 5pm 24 days annual leave + bank holidays, company pension scheme and cycle to work scheme.INTERVIEW:The client is keen to fill this role quickly so if it is of interest, don’t delay in sending your CV over to us so we can put your name forward for interview stage.
