Location:Cullompton (EX15)

Salary:£35,000 to £38,000 per annum

Shift Pattern:Monday to Thursday

Working Hours:05:30 AM to 16:30 PM

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Production Manager to join our team and help drive our production operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve performance targets and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet changing demands.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to optimize production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, implementing best practices in manufacturing.
• Prepare and manage production budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyse production data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of production management principles and quality standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
