Salary: £35,360-£37,440 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

This 18-bed facility provides a recovery-focused pathway, with an admission area (6 beds) and a rehabilitation area (12 beds) featuring a flexible step-down section for patients preparing for community reintegration. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in promoting health and independence by delivering high-quality assessments and interventions. You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and expertise to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, planning, and interventions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Develop and implement policies, care pathways, and student placements.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians, patients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Enhance patient recovery through occupational engagement and skill development.
