As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in promoting health and independence by delivering high-quality assessments and interventions. You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and expertise to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments, planning, and interventions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
- Develop and implement policies, care pathways, and student placements.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians, patients, families, and stakeholders.
- Enhance patient recovery through occupational engagement and skill development.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in clinical reasoning and relevant occupational therapy models.
- Experience with neurodiverse individuals and complex needs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
