- Responsible for generating and converting new business.
- Key account management of existing client databases.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure sales targets are met.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure it's aligned with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for overseeing and developing a team of sales executives to ensure clear communication.
What we are looking for in a Senior Sales Manager…
- An individual who is sales driven.
- Due to the nature of the business, you must have a background in 5 star hotels.
- Must come from a sales background.
- Someone who can self start but also work well in a team.
