This business started as a family run business over 40 years ago and since then have serviced whole of the UK and international markets with their produce. Due to the growth they are now looking to add experienced Electrical Engineers to their technical team. As business never sleeps they require flexible staff members running a 4 on 4 off shift pattern that would be 4 days 6am – 6pm, after coming back from you lovely 4 days off you would then go to a 6pm -6am shift and rotate this way. It will be suitable shift pattern especially if you are looking for longer holidays without using too many holiday allowances, as an example if you are booking your first 4 working days off you are able to go away for the whole 12 days – such a benefit!
