    We are recruiting for Production Operatives on a temporary contract with work available from September to March.

    What we need from you:

    • Own transport is essential due to the remote location of this site, no public transport links are available.
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • A confident communicator
    • Willingness to learn and work on own initiative
    • Basic numerical, reading and computer skills
    • Organised and methodical person with the ability to work under pressure
    • Flexible and proactive approach

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Hand pack products in production arrears
    • Manually stack pallets
    • Wrap pallets using manual and automatic stretch wrappers
    • Move waste bins using waste bin management system
    • General wall/floor cleaning and tidying of all manufacturing areas
    • Basic equipment cleaning, support both product and flavour changes
    • Loading of machinery with raw materials
    • Reworking of hold material
    • Basic machine intervention (Stop in case of emergency)
    • Support isolation of machinery conducting cleaning tasks
    • The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you may be required to complete other duties from time to time
