Due to continued business growth The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring Production Operatives for our client based in Cupar.

Hours: Days/Backs/Night shift rotation therefore own transport desirable due to lack of public transport

Pay: £11.50 per hour, increases after successful training.

Location: Cupar

Contract: Temporary to Permanent upon successful completion of 12 week temporary contract.

What you will be doing as a Production Operative…

  • Working with your team to achieve production targets
  • Operating bespoke production machinery.
  • Working with high attention to detail to measure and weigh ingredients.
  • Following all health and safety as well as hygiene procedures.
  • Carrying out quality checks and sampling.
  • Preparing finished goods for distribution or storage.

What we are looking for in a Production Operative…

  • Due to location and lack of public transport, own transport is essential.
  • Previous production experience is advantageous however full training will be provided so a desire to learn is a must!
  • Ability to follow strict quality, health and safety and hygiene procedures due to the nature of the work
  • As you will be working as part of a small team you must be able to work cooperatively with others
  • If you have a forklift licence this would be highly advantageous.
