The Job
As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for:
- Supporting Directors and Partners on high-value tax advisory projects
- Reviewing compliance work and acting as the technical backstop
- Leading on corporate tax technical development across the team
- Managing a diverse portfolio with a focus on advisory, not just compliance
- Helping grow the business - pipeline building, spotting upsell opportunities
- Advising on R&D tax claims, capital allowances and structure planning
- Turning legislation into real-world strategies for clients
You
As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be skilled and/or qualified in the following:
- CTA qualified - essential
- Proven Director/Manager - level experience
- Hands-on with clients - you've run portfolios and delivered advice directly
- Comfortable challenging and reviewing others' work
- Deep corporate tax knowledge - can turn complexity into clarity
- You lead by example - high output, sharp thinking, no ego
- Approachable, team-first, and willing to share your knowledge
- You keep your tax knowledge updated, not out-of-date
