Description

- Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
- Ensuring compliance with the law and the organisation's policies.
- Advising the board on financial matters and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Overseeing the operations of the finance department.
- Coordinating audits and proper filing of tax returns.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful 'Finance Director' should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
