The firm has spent two decades supporting SMEs in providing tailored accounting solutions to foster growth. As a testament to their recent success, the firm has grown from 3 to 11 offices since the start of 2024!Your new roleAs a Tax Manager, you will manage a diverse client portfolio and offer tax advisory services. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities:

  • Experience: CA, ATT, or CTA qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Specialisation in Tax: Strong technical skills in business tax or mixed tax, with the ability to provide commercial tax advice and lead teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, actively listening, articulating complex information, and building trust with clients.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Open to new ideas and continuously seeking ways to improve.
