Production Team Manager

Location: Cupar, Fife
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
Shift: Panama Day Shift

Are you an experienced leader in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a Production Team Manager to join our team in Fife. This role is crucial in supporting Supervisors, Machine Controllers, Machine Operatives, and Production QAs to ensure daily and weekly targets are met at the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Managing and driving team performance to meet production targets
? Overseeing the daily running plan and prioritising workloads
? Ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently
? Encouraging progression, training, and development opportunities within the team
? Conducting staff development, appraisals, and HR-related tasks
? Building strong relationships with key teams across the business
? Managing costs effectively while maintaining efficiency
? Overseeing risk assessments, health & food safety compliance
? Balancing production output with a people-focused leadership approach

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production
? Strong people management skills with a focus on team development
? Ability to manage workloads, meet targets, and drive performance
? Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
? Excellent communication and organisational skills
