HR Manager

St Andrews - site based

Full time and Permanent

Up to £40k

This is a fantastic opportunity to help launch and shape the culture of a new site for the business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisations goals and values.
  • Lead on Employee Relations for the site, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Actively support and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain effective performance management processes.
  • Ensure all HR practises are compliant with current employment legislation.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience working as a true generalist, managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent employment law with proven experience managing ER cases.
  • Good working knowledge of HR Systems.
  • HR experience gained within hospitality or similar industry.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • CIPD qualified.
