St Andrews based, working 3 days per week for a well established up-market brand with over 80 staff across their retail and hospitality sections.As the next HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the business by managing all aspects of the human resources functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong HR background to make a significant impact within a dynamic and thriving organisation.In this role you will:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives- Oversee the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management and off-boarding- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up to date- Support managers in handling employee relations issues, providing guidance and solutions- Support the payroll process, including salary administration and benefits when required- Support, contribute and, where applicable, lead on HR related projects, engagement activities and change initiatives- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processesWhat you'll come with:- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role- CIPD level 5 or equivalent level work experience- Hospitality or Retail experience preferred but not essential- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- High level of integrity and confidentiality
