The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms, with a strong ability to manage property listings, coordinate marketing campaigns, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property sales from initial inquiry to completion
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers
Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of the property market and sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
