Your new companyHays are delighted to be working in partnership on an exclusive basis with a leading CA firm within the local Dundee area to support in their payroll services offerings to a varied client base. This locally established, consistently growing firm, are looking to bring onboard a full time permanent Payroll Supervisor who will positively add value and support to their existing payroll services offering.Your new roleIn your new role, you will be a key point of contact for your own client portfolio in managing end to end payroll processes on their behalf; as well as supporting your own internal team to provide quality payroll services to their own clients. This role will include processing a variety of payroll cycles (weekly, biweekly, monthly etc.) for a diverse number of employees depending on your client, dealing with review of wages information through to confirming payments including payslips. You will be responsible for processing and addressing queries relating to SSP, SMP, SPP and third party deductions for your own client portfolio; as well as supporting the team with any escalated queries.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will be a motivated and driven payroll professional who has most recently or previously worked within a CA firm or managed your own portfolio of clients, predominantly supporting in payroll processing. You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, to provide a quality service to your clients and to work collaboratively with the wider team internally who are well established and offer a brilliant team dynamic in the workplace. Previous experience in end to end payroll processing is essential, and previous experience using a variety of payroll software would be advantageous.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £35,000 per annum and additional bespoke company benefits that can be discussed at application stage.
