Job Title - Care Assistant/Support workerPay Rate - £22 p/hLocation -FifeYou will be part of a brand new team supporting young people being held on remand by The Scottish Prison's service in a safe, appropriate environment for young people. Position Overview:

• You will have the opportunity to make a profound difference in the journey of the young people we serve.
• You will work through Randstad as part of the team in this service.
• Using a person-centered approach, you will provide enabling support to ensure the highest level of physical, personal, and emotional care.
• You will encounter new challenges unique to this service and develop your professional experience.
• Without judgement for the circumstances that have brought the young people into remand, you will safeguard them and prepare them for what they are facing next and the reality of their situation.

What We Are Looking For:

• We are seeking candidates who share our passion for working with young people with complex behaviors.
• Commitment to a 1 on 2 off working pattern
• Due to the nature of the role driving is essential
• SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable
