About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a cleanroom or controlled environment, providing technical expertise to fault find, maintain, and continually improve bespoke automated equipment and processes. Our current vacancies support a 4 on 4 off Days and Nights rotating pattern or 4 on 4 off Nights schedule.

About You:
To excel as a Maintenance Technician, you should have:

  • Experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills in precision assembly setup, using machine tools, fault finding, and problem-solving.
  • A recognised Engineering apprenticeship or higher education qualification (ONC, HNC, HND, or degree) in a related field.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, actively contributing to initiatives and projects that enhance operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards of record-keeping in compliance with quality systems.

Experience with the following is advantageous (in-house training provided):

  • Laser cutting and marking
  • Micro fluid deposition
  • Vision systems
  • Working in a regulated industry (e.g., pharma, medical device)
