MONDAY - FRIDAY: 07.00 - 16.00 OR 09.00 - 18.00

11.44 PER HOUR 

People Solutions are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client based in East Hermiston.

Day to Day Duties

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders• Accurately pick items from stock for dispatch to stores and customers, ensuring quality checks and correct packing• Process shipping labels for couriers• Barcode and record stock accurately for effective stock control• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse• Check deliveries and report any discrepancies to supervisors or management• Complete all tasks and general warehouse duties promptly• Stacking shelves• Build and move pallets around warehouse

Essential Skills

• DUE TO LOACTION MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT• Experience in a busy warehouse environment• Stacking shelves and picking to order• Good numeracy, literacy, and computing skills• Strong attention to detail and self-organisational abilities• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment• Excellent stamina and enthusiasm• Polite, professional and helpful demeanour
