We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to support our team for a temp 8 week assignment with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments in line with set criteria, ensuring all protocols are followed.
  • Manage day-to-day workload independently and update waiting lists to departmental standards.
  • Process referrals within agreed timelines, prioritizing urgent cases as needed.
  • Handle appointment cancellations and rebookings promptly, notifying the Line Manager of any issues.
  • Send confirmation letters and respond professionally to telephone inquiries.
  • Liaise with staff, departments, and external agencies while maintaining high communication standards.
  • Record patient data accurately and adhere to confidentiality policies.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absences and assist with basic staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with protocols, guidelines, and operational standards.
