Sales Administrator (Bespoke Lighting/Decorations)

Are you a sales administrator with experience in a similar role? Do you want to join a growing manufacturer of bespoke hand-crafted innovative lighting and decoration business?

On offer is the chance to work for a long-established bespoke decoration and lighting company that is a market leader in its field. Having been established over 40 years ago, the company has gone from strength to strength.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing orders and deliveries, tracking inventory levels, assisting with customer support inquiries and issues.

The ideal candidate will have good phone and communication skills, be able to use Microsoft excel to a high standard, have good organizational and interpersonal skills as well as having great all round office administrative skills.

The Role:

  • Administrative support
  • Keeping track of customer records
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Maintaining the company's operating system with regards to product maintenance and customer details
  • 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm finish Friday.
