Regional HR Business Partner
Locations Covered: South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon, and North Somerset
Salary: 35,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hybrid Role: 2 days remote working, up to 3 days travel per week (mileage paid)
About the Role
Ashley Kate HR is proud to be partnering with a respected national charitable organisation in their search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner looking to step up into a strategic and high-impact role.
You'll be supporting multiple sites across the South and Southwest of the UK, working closely with leadership teams and employees to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.
Regional HR Business Partner - Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
- Manage TUPE transfers and provide expert ER support.
- Guide managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement.
- Support and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
- Implement and lead HR initiatives aligned to business needs.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and resourcing strategies.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends and develop solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes in collaboration with the wider team.
Regional HR Business Partner - About You
We're looking for a confident and self-motivated HR professional who is comfortable working across multiple sites and managing a varied workload.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards/equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience in employee relations, including TUPE.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
- Willing to travel regionally and stay overnight when required.
Desirable
- Experience within the Charity, Care or healthcare sector is an advantage, but not essential.
